Outdoor Staircase Workout

Here is a staircase workout that is a B U R N E R !  But don’t let that scare you off.  You can decrease the amount of sets or reps depending on your level of fitness.

I divided this workout into tri-sets.  You will do three moves in a row, THREE times. Then move on to the next tri-set.

There are a lot of legs, core and some upper body.  Your heart rate will definitely get up and if you are able to do this outside, I highly recommend it.  However, you could do this workout on your indoor staircase if it’s wide enough for a squat. 

I think my favorite move was the off-set squat with lateral leg lift.  I’d love to hear your thoughts.  What was your favorite move from this workout?
