So I’m taking advantage of any nice days and moving my workouts outside.
Here is a Tabata style workout. You take two moves and do them back-to-back 4 x in a row. Each exercise is performed for 20 seconds and you take a quick 10 second break. This will take four minutes to complete. Rest for a minute and move on to the next Tabata set. The goal is to get your heart rate up! This workout requires no equipment (just your body weight) and is only 16 minutes of work. Make it count!
