These sweet treats have approximately 4 net carbs, 8 g fat and 5 g protein per ball.
Mix together: 1/2 cup plain almond butter, 1/3 c FASTer Way vanilla plant protein powder, 1 TBSP pure maple syrup, 1 tsp vanilla extract & a pinch of salt.
Mix until a dough forms and then form into 12 equal size balls. Place into freezer for 10 minutes. Next place 1/2 cup of Lily’s Dark Chocolate chips into a double boiler with 1/2 tsp coconut oil and combine til melted.
Take the balls out of the freezer and coat in the chocolate thoroughly. Sprinkle immediately with coarse sea salt. Do not skip that step! Place back into the freezer. Keep covered for up to 2 weeks. Enjoy!
