I’ve been married for over two decades to my husband and we have three (almost) grown and flown children. We also have two chocolate labs and a cat.  We live in Southern Illinois on 110 acres of land…but I’m still only 5 minutes from a Target…Hallelujah!  

I love to travel, play pickleball, be outdoors, listen to podcasts, workout and walk my dogs.  When I’m not coaching my clients or teaching my Bootcamps you can find me on a riding mower on our property!

I’m always looking for the next “project” to keep my creative mind busy. So we recently purchased a lake house and are in the middle of fixing it up.  Be on the lookout for “Sugar Creek Lodge” to hit Airbnb on the beautiful Lake of Egypt in Southern Illinois in 2021!
