I have been a group fitness instructor for YEARS. It started back in 1999 when I became a prenatal water aerobics instructor. I moved on to become a certified Les Mills Body Flow, RPM, GRIT and CXWorx Instructor. I later became a certified Barre and Bootcamp Instructor. I am also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer.
When COVID shut the gyms down in 2020, I saw a need for a virtual group fitness class. Women from around the country were missing their workouts and the “community” feel you get from group fitness. So I created Bootcamp By Jill Lewis to fill the void.

This is a virtual Bootcamp Jill created so that clients may workout from the safety and convenience of their homes but still feel a sense of community.
The Jill Lewis Bootcamp is held every Monday and Wednesday LIVE at 8:30 am CDT.
Clients that work or cannot attend the live workout have access to the replay for 24 hours so they can complete at their convenience.
