It’s sweetened with just honey and dark chocolate chips and has ground oats for lots of good-for-you carbs. I also love using my Nutribullet because there is minimal cleanup! Don’t have a Nutribullet? No worries! You can grind the oats in a coffee bean grinder and blend the rest in a traditional mixer.
